Creative Ink Apparel will not be held responsible for delayed delivery due to incorrect address information, inclement weather or loss by any courier or postal service. Creative Ink Apparel will also not be held responsible for any items marked as 'delivered' by the courier or postal service but claimed to not have been received by the customer. A store credit for the value of the original item will be issued.
