Refund policy

We accept returns of items within 7 days from the receipt date, if the item is in original condition with tags still attached.

Online purchases made through CreativeInkApparel.com are valid for store credit only,

We will issue you a code for the value of your original item as store credit within 7-10 business days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time as we can not guarantee we will have the item you purchased available at the time of return as our inventory fluctuates on a daily basis.

Any returned items that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage, and/or missing tags will be refused.

All Sale items are deemed FINAL.

Creative Ink Apparel will not be held responsible for any returns that are not received back due to loss by any courier or postal service. Creative Ink Apparel will also not be held responsible for any items marked as 'delivered' by the courier or postal service but claimed to not have been received by the customer. A store credit for the value of the original item will be issued.
